In these instances, the Intelligent Parking mode conserves battery power for G-sensor monitoring, lasting up to 2.5 weeks. Should an event occur, the battery唤醒 the Nextbase camera, capable of recording multiple incidents. However, it's not designed for standalone action cam usage. Upon disconnection from direct power, the dash cam enters sleep mode, preserving battery for parking surveillance. A hardwire kit can be added for continuous surveillance utilizing the car's battery.

Must I use a Nextbase SD card? We recommend using our specially designed SD cards, which undergo rigorous testing for compatibility and peak performance. Thanks to wear leveling technology, data is evenly distributed across memory cells, enhancing durability and reliability. For optimal performance, we advise formatting the card every 2-3 weeks. Non-Nextbase cards may cause issues like freezing, gaps in recording, failures, or difficulties starting if used. They may struggle with write speeds and the constant demands of continuous video recording.

How does the Dash Cam attach to the windshield? The dash cam comes with a 3M Adhesive sticky pad, securely attaching the Click&Go Mount to the windshield. All adhesive mounts have been crash-tested for durability and safety, though high temperatures might affect adhesion. For best results, clean and dry the windshield using provided pads prior to installation. Suction cup mounts are available as an additional option.
