Battery Life: Depends on usage, model, and environment. While the camera draws power from the Nextbase Click&Go mount while the car is running, the battery becomes active during downtime or accidents. Intelligent Parking mode conserves battery for G-sensor surveillance, lasting up to 2.5 weeks. In case of an event, the battery revives the Nextbase camera, allowing for multiple incidents to be recorded. It isn't designed for standalone action cam usage. When disconnected from direct power, the dash cam enters sleep mode for longer battery life. A hardwire kit extends surveillance using the car's battery.

SD Cards: Our Nextbase-designed SD cards undergo rigorous testing for compatibility and optimal performance. Equipped with wear leveling technology, they distribute data evenly across memory cells, ensuring durability and reliability. Regularly format every 2-3 weeks for enhanced performance. Non-Nextbase cards may cause freezing, gaps, failures, or difficulties due to lack of compatibility, slower write speeds, and constant stress on recording.

Mounting: The dash cam comes with a 3M Adhesive sticky pad for secure Click&Go Mount installation on the windshield. Adhesives have been crash-tested for durability and safety, but hot climates might affect stickiness. Clean and dry the windshield with provided pads before mounting; suction cups are available separately. The 1440p resolution ensures safety by capturing license plates and road signs, especially for rear-end incidents.

Smart Sense Parking: Utilize the iQ app's proximity sensing and Spatial Awareness, along with user-trained AI, for instant threat alerts and monitoring around your vehicle. Stay vigilant and prepared to act before any potential issue.

Guardian Mode: With Guardian Mode, set speed and location limits, and receive alerts if violated. Monitor your dashboard rear camera remotely through the iQ app, and communicate with drivers, mechanics, or valets on-the-go.
