When disconnected from direct power, the dash cam shifts to sleep mode, preserving battery life for parking surveillance. A hardwire kit can extend surveillance using your car's battery.

Must I use a Nextbase SD card? Our specially crafted SD cards undergo rigorous testing for compatibility and peak performance. Their wear leveling technology ensures even data distribution across memory cells, enhancing durability and reliability. Regular formatting, every 2-3 weeks, is recommended for optimal SD card functioning. Non-Nextbase cards may cause issues like freezing, gaps in recording, failures, or difficulties booting up due to lack of compatibility or proper maintenance. Non-Nextbase cards may also struggle with the demanding write-speed and continuous video loop requirements.
